~Day 11

For Thursday, we are going to run/walk for the full 30 minutes, push to the end even if you have to walk for a length of time.  It will feel great and it's good practice for the group run, yeehaa!!!  Come tell us how you're doing, let's stay motivated and keep going.  Post your thoughts on where to sign up for our first 5K.

  2. I deleted my comment about not doing any minutes this week, because I did do 30 minutes on Monday before the cold totally took over. That's all I've done this week, though. Does anyone have a treadmill I can use for a few minutes? Walking in the snow would not be so great for me, I think. :P

  3. Julia~The snow is a real bummer, spring was too nice. I do have a two week pass to Gold's Gym with childcare you can have. Maybe it would help, I'm hoping for good weather by then :o)
