- Tuesday~Run/walk for 20 to 30 minutes (Zone 1-2)
- Wednesday~Rest
- Thursday~Run/walk 20 to 30 minutes (Zone 1-2)
- Friday~Rest or Cross Train
- Saturday~Run/walk 30 to 40 minutes (Zone 1-2)
Im going to cross train this week, and Walk but I might not run. I have to rest my knees and figure out why they are hurting so bad. I want to be able to push myself further. Also I am going to sign up for a 5k on the 16 of April I think, If anyone else wants to join, it is only 15 dollars!!
